Withdrawal period
Products sold through a webshop have a right of withdrawal for at least 14 days after the purchase. We also abide to this law, so UNOPENEND and NOT-CONNECTED product have a return term of 14 days. Be aware NO returns accepted for programmed parts (e.g. CANDY WHIRLPOOL INDESIT etc )
Return terms
To ensure the quality of our product we only accept unopened items in their original package. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. To report the return, please use our return form.
If the package is broken on arrival, for example by the shipping company, also use our return form and include evidence photo’s of the package and the product. We’ll take contact you as soon as possible.
